Using my 5 years of experience and delivering over 3000 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions, i have worked with over 60 clients from a range of ages, genders and starting points all with one thing in common wanting to lose that unwanted bodyfat!  

 

As a weight loss coach I'm here to turn your hard work in to results. Giving you a clear path on your journey to a healthier and happier you.

 

I am not a quick fix coach!! I'm here to build long term habits in to your lifestyle, educate you on how to balance your eating to bring some consistency to your diet and show you how to become fitter and stronger in the gym. 

Whats included in The ProjectYOU Plan

 

WEEKLY VIDEO CALLS

I will book in 2 x 30 minute video calls with yourself. Your first call will be to discuss your workouts and how you are performing during them. The second video call will be to look over and analysis your daily nutrition logs. Support will be your key to results.

 

BESPOKE WORKOUT PROGRAMMES

Over the 180 days you will have 5 different workout programmes designed to suit your goals to complete. Starting off from beginner and progressing from resistance machines to using free weights over the duration of the program. This means you will challenge yourself through around 100 different workouts in total!

 

NUTRITION DAILY SUPPORT

Your daily eating habits will be the key to your success on the plan. I don't believe in "meal plans" as me telling you exactly what to eat and in what gram will not help you once your plan has finished. What i do believe in is education! With daily support from myself, your educational food guide and a set daily calorie goal allowance this will show you how to containing eating a balance diet for years to come.

 

ACCOUNTABILITY & SUPPORT

Martin will be there to give you the daily support needed to keep you on track and moving forward but also hold you accountable to your daily actions. The biggest benefit to hiring a coach is the their knowledge and support they provide you with. 

 

180 DAYS OF 1-2-1 COACHING

Think of this as partnership, As your coach and support system we will overcome barriers, get to know the ins and outs of your daily habits, create and execute small, medium and long term goals. Of course plenty of laughs along the way!

 

YOUR OWN ACCOUNT ON YOURPOCKETPT

When signing up to Online Coaching with myself you will get set up on own account on my software were i will assign your workouts, food plan diary, progress photos and weekly measurements all kept in an easy to use app.

 

MONTHLY RECIPE BOOK

At the beginning of each month you will be sent across your recipe book which contains over 30 new recipes including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. All meals come with calorie breakdowns and instructions on how to create the dish.

I don't want you spending hours and hours in the gym doing unnecessary exercise or walking on treadmill. Your workout programme is design to use optimal machines and movements and daily movement to get your results in an much more enjoyable manner.

WHY IS THE PROGRAM 180 DAYS LONG?

I want you to learn and implement new daily and weekly habits in both your exercise and nutrition, this will keep you fit and healthy for years to come. I'm not interested in quick fixes, i want you to learn the tools needed for you to lose weight sustainably and keep it off.

 

WHAT WILL I NEED BEFORE STARTING?

All you need is a positive attuide and a desire to change your body. Oh and you will need a gym membership if you haven't already got one. it doesnt have to be an expensive gym, shop around there are many budget friendly gyms.   

 

IS IT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?

Yes defiantly, The plan is designed to start you off from weeks 1-6 introducing you to the movements through resistance machines and progressing every 4 weeks to keep your workouts challenging. By the end of your programme you will feel confident in a number of new exercises. 

 

HOW MUCH WEIGHT COULD I LOSE?

The duration of the plan is designed to help you lose between 30 - 50 lbs, giving you a great transformation in your appearance and health. That averages out to between 1 - 2 lbs a week. This makes it realistic and sustainable.

 

IS IT SUITABLE FOR MALE AND FEMALE?

Yes both male & females are welcome on to the plan. It will suit both on achieving their goals. 

HOW MUCH DOES THE 1-2-1 ONLINE COACHING COST?

We can work together and get you started on your weight loss journey for just £25 a week. Invest in your health and wellbeing.

You don't have to balance your workouts with my availability. You will have your workouts all programmed for you on your own account to complete at whatever time suits you best. This includes exercise video demo's, sets, reps and tempos. Workouts, Nutrition, Progress pictures, Measurements all tracked and stored in an easy to use profile on my app. 

Communication is going to be key in our journey together. Thankfully in todays world it couldn't be easier. We will have 2 x 30 minute calls weekly via video call, daily checkin's to keep you accountable and motivated in between calls. plus I'm always just a message away to answering any questions that pop up.

I know hiring a Personal Trainer is an investment. But is there really a better investment than in your health and wellbeing? Online Coaching is a much more affordable option when it comes to get professional advice to help your final get the results you want. Seeing myself 2/3 x in the gym would cost £100-150 a week. Im offering the same service minus the in person sessions for just £25 a week!
